For the moat to my castle, I wanted to add an alligator. I used this fun little stamp I got at JoAnns with this ink that is specifically made for fabric! After I stamped my “water” fabric, I heat set them with an iron! (That just means that I ironed them for 10 seconds with a hot iron!)

I used this technique when I made and swapped 100’s of “siggy blocks” for the Dear Jane swap! These inks are supposed to be permanent after they’re heat set. I’m not sure how they’ll hold up after numerous washings, but mose of the items I’ve used it on aren’t washed anyhow!

Make sure you add at least a 1/4 inch above your stamped image so it isn’t lost in the seam!
