Every castle needs a tapestry and torches, no?!

I made this block for Flossieblossoms in the Bitty Block Bee. She requested anything related to castles, or the Princess Bride! Love this theme!

I printed some wee tapestry pictures from the web onto fabric and then bound the edges. The torches are beads and finding with fabric flames! Hope you like it Sooz!

Ooooo…Lucky Sooz!! What did you use to make the torch brackets?

I used bead caps and flattened them on one side. Unfortunately, I stitched one of them on backwards! LOL!

        What a great idea!

Heehee..it’s for a castle, right? They are always full of mixed items, hardly anything ever matches. So I think your stitching one of them backwards adds to the whimsy. Also, it’s for Sooz!! She would love that 🙂

Yeah, the buggers weren’t easy to sew through the first time, so I’ll just leave them there!
